Sundays

IMG_8623We are a lively church with many activities for a variety of ages across the week and we have recently completed an exciting building project to make us more effective at serving our community. Our church, like our relationship with God, is definitely not just for Sundays. However Sunday is certainly the most exciting day of the week!

We try to offer a variety of styles of worship over different services not just to keep different people happy but to make it easier to attract a diverse range of new people to church.

The 9.15 am

Our 9.15 am service of Holy Communion has a more traditional feel, with a robed choir, music from the organ and a quieter and more reflective pace.

The 11 am

Our 11 am service of Family Worship has a more contemporary style with an energetic worship band, Sunday School, and an increasing use of modern technology. Once a month we meet all together for All Age Worship.

Worsley Hall Community Church

Our community church (WHCC) meeting at 10.30 am in Bramble House offers something different again with a warm, welcoming, friendly environment and a more informal service style. We hope you will find a home in one of our services and your place as part of God’s family here in the parish of St. Mark Newtown.
