Sunday School

On Sundays we meet during the 11 am service in our cafe area in church for loads of fun as we learn more about God! Once a month (second Sunday) we all meet together as one big church family for our All Age Worship Service.

Chattabox 

Our exciting mid-week club for Primary school age kids runs term-time Tuesdays from 6pm until 7pm. We meet in church for songs, games, crafts, stories and don’t forget to bring your ‘show-and-tell’!

Parents and Toddlers

Mini Hubbubs is our new weekly group for parents and toddlers that runs on Wednesday mornings from 9 am – 10.30 am during school term time. Cost £1 per family.

Boys’ Brigade

The 2nd Wigan Company meet currently at Bethel Independent Methodist Church on Victoria Street (Anchors 6.30-7.30, Juniors 7.15-8, Company & Seniors 7.15-9). Our Lay Reader Mr. David Owens is Brigade Captain.

Church School

We love St. Mark’s C.E. Primary School! We aim to grow our close, supportive links with the school so that together we provide a caring Christian presence in the wider community. In 2010 St Mark’s achieved The Church School Partnership Award- with the report recognising the school’s distinctive Christian character.
