Our Harvest Appeal 2018 will be to support the work of Compassion. In March this year Rev’d Will Gibbons and Julie Ashcroft visited Compassion projects in Ghana. Compassion’s mission is to release children from poverty in Jesus’ name. Compassion partners with local churches to ensure support reaches children who need it most. With a commitment of just 83p per day direct, holistic support can be given to a child in extreme poverty.

In May 2018 we held a Compassion Sunday where 20 children in Ghana were sponsored. All of our collection this harvest will go towards developing the projects working with the children in Ghana.

We will be celebrating harvest on 14th October and following our 11am All Age Worship we will be sharing soup, barms, and cake together!
