Transforming Wigan is a 7-year £1.2 million programme to turn around the mission and financial strength of the Deanery of Wigan. Canon Tim Montgomery will be licensed as Director of Mission for Wigan on Sunday 8th March 2015 by Bishop Paul. Rev’d Will Gibbons made this short video with Tim ahead of his licensing.
