Rev’d Will Gibbons has made a short video following the visit of Andreas Whittam Smith, the First Church Estates Commissioner. Transforming Wigan is £1.2 million programme which aims to turn around the mission and financial strength in the strategically most vulnerable part of the Diocese of Liverpool enabling it to become a missional powerhouse. Andreas Whittam Smith, visited Wigan in October 2014 following a £900,000 investment from the Church Commissioners. This video captures what he saw.
